Dude, you sound burned out and overtrained. Read up on it! Lots of good info out there. You present all the symptoms! Relax, take a bike vacation and cross train- Yoga for lower back issue and overall strength and balance. Make sure diet is strong with protein and carbs. Rebuild that torn down body and do recovery exercise at 50% max output. Be patient with it and you will recover.

I’ll put up a race report soon, but your right on the photos. The promoters facebook page says photos would be up soon, but I don’t think they have anyone in particular taking pictures. Would be nice to see what I look like right before I’m about to die.

Zappos ships through UPS out of Louisville, KY not Lexington.

Zappos built their Shepherdsville,Ky location based on it’s close proximity to UPS Worldport in Louisville, KY.

You also have to look at the shipping level on both orders. Were they both Ground shipments or was one Express and another Ground?
